So just as I was afraid that I couldn’t stick to Paleo anymore, along comes a horrible feeling after eating an overly-carbed-up breakfast that makes me want to go back to Paleo!
I had a friend staying over for a night last week and bought some treat chocolate croissants for us to have at breakfast, after a very protein-based meal of bacon, eggs, mushrooms and toast.
