As promised, for those who’ve been listening, I was due for a weigh-in today as I had to go to the doctor’s for a pneumonia vaccination. And I like to use the same scales I was first weighed on at the outset of this diet. I stepped on the scales very gingerly. Afraid I wouldn’t have lost anything or, much much worst, gained. Gulp!
I know you tend to lose a fair bit at the beginning. It’s sticking with it after that initially big loss that’s the problem. And I need to stick with this diet for at least 18 months if not two years. Well, actually, forever really. It’s not a go on it, lose weight, come off it diet. But then, no diet should be.
